If you for any reason are not happy with your item, you can return it within 10 days from the day of receiving it. Returning items must be unworn and unaltered, with all tags and hygiene seals attached for the item to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not following the conditions mentioned above.
All returns are subject to a return fee of USD $16 due to shipping and handling costs, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service on info@kalyswim.com within 30 days from the time of shipment. Returns due to damaged or incorrect items are excluded from the return fee.
We currently do not accept exchanges. If you would like to return your item for a different size, color, or style, please request a refund on your original item and place a new order.
Once we receive your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days from the moment we receive your returned item.
We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable.
